As an Account Manager, you will be one of the primary ambassadors on behalf of the company to vendors, carriers, alongside current and expanding clients.
Your key focus will be coordinating the delivery of great service to our customers. You will live and breathe service, acting as the day-to-day contact for the customer when they’re troubleshooting issues or when they need guidance to make decisions that position them for success. You will also be the go-to source and contact for special requests and projects that come up, providing opportunities to really wow our customer base. You make clients want to hug you. With your superior communication skills, you help our customers get the peace of mind that comes with knowing they have a solid risk management plan and the team to ensure they’re protected.
