We are introducing an opportunity for a self-motivated, results-driven individual to be a partner with DHW and help establish and build a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. This larger purpose will motivate team members to excel in sales and performance, building a successful and scalable customer-centric growth strategy. This opportunity offers significant income potential and is 100% incentive based.

DHW Ownership Role.

When we talk about perpetuation, we mean internal: selling the agency to qualified people who already work here and will keep the business going as it’s currently operating. We have come to terms with selling these qualified people stock when the time is right. We look forward to spending time training younger associates who someday will be running the agency. Mentoring and preparing our successors is essential in making our perpetuation plan work. The first step in our internal perpetuation planning is communication and sharing of expectations.
